The coaching process typically includes:
- an initial evaluation of the client, with their direction, using either interviews or the StrengthsFinder™ talent assessment tool.
- a process that elicits from our client the highest-impact, explicit, measurable business, leadership development and / or professional goals with the greatest meaning to them.
- coaching conversations foster discovery and dialogue about challenges, relationships, what is working and what is not, making changes to improve results, removing roadblocks, solving problems, developing new habits, and achieving greater success. Sessions can be held in person or via telephone.
